Skills
Each skill on the job is looked for in the profile's skills and resume text.
Job title
The title a candidate holds is compared with the title of the job.
Experience
Years of experience against the range the job asks for.
Work authorization
The authorizations the employer can accept. Used only to rank, never shown on the job.
W2, C2C or 1099
The tax terms a job offers against the terms a candidate works on.
Rate
The rate on offer against the rate a candidate expects, hourly or annual.
Location or relocation
The job's states against where a candidate lives or will move to. Remote jobs skip it.
Recency
Profiles updated lately rank ahead of ones that have gone quiet.
